How to Make Roti Maker / Chapati, Puri Maker from Ceiling Fan

It is true that machines make human work easier. In this 21st century, we are dependent on machines at each step. From the time we wake up to the time we go to bed at night, we depend on many kinds of devices in our daily lives. An important sign of these machines is the bread maker. Bread is an important part of our daily diet. The survey found that about 75% of people in India have placed the bread on their food list. Although bread is delicious to eat, making it is difficult and time-consuming for many people. The bread makers available in the market for home use cannot make bread properly and the commercial bread makers, although good, they are very expensive and not for home use. Keeping these things in mind, this bread maker has been made for the benefit of all. This device can be made at home and it will be very easy to make bread. What it takes to create and the method of making is discussed below…

The Necessary Things and Their Links:

The materials that will be needed to make this bread maker are readily available. It uses an old ceiling fan of 70 watts,

which can be found at very low prices from the old product market or even if the old fan at home can be used. Since the machine is made of wood, some wooden planks are needed. On which the bread will be made, the wooden plank has been cut round. There need some screws, a nut bolt, a 1-inch PVC pipe, a switch, four bearing plastic sheet, etc.
The total cost of the materials is 1000 rupees. The ceiling fan I used in it was purchased from an old electronics shop. Instead, a gear motor can be used in that case will be a little higher cost.

Dimension:

The roti maker is 29 cm in length and 20 cm in the width and the height of the part of the bread rolling plate is 9 cm in height. The roller handle height is 14 cm. The length of the handle is 38 cm and the width is 28 cm. The plate on which the bread is rolled is 25 cm in diameter. The total dimensions of it are given below.

How to Make:

This roti maker is made in a very simple way. First I made a wooden box 29 cm in length, 20 cm in width, and 14 cm in height, like the image. Then I remove the blades of the ceiling fan and fixed it with glue on a circular wooden plate. Then the fan was set inside the box in such a way that the circular plate came out at the top of the box. Then I set a switch and make were connection properly for the power supply. Then four bearing on the two sides of two PVC pipes were set in such a way that the pipes could rotate independently relative to an axel. Then I set the PVC roller with the handle. This time the handle should be attached to the machine in such a way that the PVC roller is set exactly along the center of the circular disc. Cut two transparent plastic sheets in a disc shape. In this case, I have cut a channel file and used it.
In the use of a fan, it should be noted that it is between 120 and 200 RPM and its torque is higher. A regulator can be used to regulate the RPM of the fan. If the RPM is too high, the bread can be scattered, and if the torque is low, the machine can stop if the dough is pressed.

How to use

·       At First make the dough.
·        After that put the plastic sheet on the round disk and place the dough on it exactly in the center, and cover it with another plastic sheet.
· This time the handle should be turned on with light pressure on the dough.
·        When the machine is on, the disc will continue to rotate, at this time pressure should be applied to the handle. As a result, the dough will flatten and gradually take the shape of bread.
·        Then put some flour on the surface of the bread and bake it.

Requirement of the Machine:

It has been said earlier that we are dependent on some kind of device. This bread maker plays an unparalleled role in making bread easily and in a short time. It is not possible for many people to make bread properly. Among the bread makers available in the market, commercial auto bread makers are more convenient. But in making a small number of bread for a family, it is not suitable to use these machines. Bread makers available in the home-use market are facing many problems. For example, the bread is not made properly, is not soft, and the shape of the bread does not come properly. Keeping these things in mind, the bread maker we made is very convenient.

Advantages and Disadvantages of the Machine:

Many people face problems while making bread because it is quite laborious work. Many people cannot make bread properly, in which case this bread maker makes bread making very easy. It takes much less time than handmade. This bread maker also has some disadvantages, while making the bread with this machine, you need to add a little flour before baking, otherwise, it may stick to the pan during baking. and may not bloom properly. This problem does not exist if the flour is applied.
